Graham is an experienced and successful leader with an extensive track record of leading complex political and commercial organisations as Chief Executive and wide-ranging experience as a non-executive director, board member and executive coach. Most recently he was the first Chief Executive of BCP Council, formed in 2019 from a combination of two unitary councils, one district council and part of a county council following local government reorganisation across Dorset, the most complex LGR for 40+ years. Graham's leadership role at BCP Council followed 20 years as Chief Executive in the private sector, the civil service and at Thurrock and LB Barking & Dagenham councils. Having retired from his full-time executive role in 2025, Graham is pursuing a portfolio of roles, as a non-executive director, Board Chair, strategic advisor and as an executive coach. He continues to work with organisations that are undergoing major change and coaches a variety of senior leaders from across the public sector.

Bevis is an experienced Board member and CEO and has spent his whole career working in sustainability in public, private and voluntary sectors. Bevis led Triodos Bank UK for nearly ten years, with the bank recognised as the UK’s most sustainable banking provider by several consumer watchdogs and rankings. The company received The King’s Award for Sustainable Development 2025, which recognises commercially successful products, services and management that benefit the environment, society and the economy. Bevis’ early career was in the recycling industry including as Head of Business Support at WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) and he was also previously CEO of Avon Wildlife Trust. He has held numerous Directorships and Trusteeships including several South West voluntary organisations as well as national advisory roles in banking and impact investing. He is currently a national board member of Citizens Advice. He has a first-class business degree, a PhD in Management Science, is a Chartered Environmentalist and was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of West of England for his leadership in sustainability.

Cathryn (Cath) is a senior local government leader with more than 25 years’ experience at director level, leading large-scale transformation across place-based services, including waste management, and organisational change across complex political and partnership environments. Cath has also served as a Non-Executive Director and Managing Director within other arm’s-length local authority companies. In these roles, she has brought board-level leadership around governance, risk management, performance assurance and shareholder relationships.

David (Dave) is an experienced and trustee board level professional principally across the environmental sector. An accomplished leader having set up and established several local authority trading companies, he has operated at Group Managing Director and Managing Director level as well has having managed at a senior level in local government. He has also run a small consultancy business. Dave is experienced in the management of both outsourced and direct operational services and leading major service changes in unionised environments., With a strong understanding and experience as to what good governance looks like, he has a sound grasp of financial management and meeting financial and performance targets. Dave holds an MBA, an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.

Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has spent the majority of his career in executive leadership positions in public sector organisations across Devon and Cornwall. Paul has held as Finance Director and Chief Executive positions, mainly in NHS organisations and latterly in a Local Authority Trading Company. Through these roles Paul has gained experience in a wide range of regulated activities from health and care, to highways maintenance, environmental services and aviation. Paul brings significant financial and commercial experience to the Board along with expertise in broader areas such as risk management, performance improvement and governance.

James is the Founding Managing Director of EdenServ and brings more than 20 years' experience in local government and environmental services. Throughout his career he has led major transformation programmes across waste and recycling, sustainability, regeneration and corporate services, helping organisations improve services, strengthen performance and deliver lasting value for local communities. James believes great organisations are built around people. His leadership style is visible, supportive and focused on helping individuals and teams succeed. He is passionate about creating a culture where people feel valued, listened to and trusted to do their jobs well, while maintaining high standards, working safely and taking pride in the services they deliver. As Managing Director, James is focused on building a modern environmental services company that delivers safe, reliable and efficient services, creates social value and remains ready for future opportunities.
